KatyThanks for uploading your abstract. Some suggestions: I think your thesis centers on the positive aspects of globalization in the Bahamas; if so, please clarify and note it earlier in your revised abstract. You also note the impact of both the UK and the US. If you are going to include both countries, just make sure that your focus is narrow enough to avoid generalizations. I look forward to your first draft. -RG

Abstract

KatyThanks for uploading your research plan. Some suggestions: Again, I would move your thesis statement up a bit, perferrably after a very brief description of the main factors impacting globalization; I also see that you plan on discussing the US and UK early on, and return to further discuss the ongoing political link to the UK later. You may wish to bring these two discussion somewhat closer together for continuity; as a whole, it looks like an interesting outline; just make sure that you aren't trying to cover too many aspects, which can lead to generalizations. Thanks. -RG

Research Plan

KatyThanks for uploading your PII draft. Some comments: Proof-read carefully before submitting your final version (see the first sentence of your argument: "Globalization is a phenomenon that is happening king place throughout the world..."); try not to rely too heavily on Wikipedia; there are other more reliable sources; make sure to cite all quotes. Your concluding one from Kofi Annan ("I has been said that arguing against globalization...) does not cite the source; don't forget that at least 5 of your sources must be annotated, following the same guidelines as in Project I. I look forward to your final submission. -RG
